The Polish automotive industry also left behind several memorable brands, including Polish Fiat, Nysa, Zyk. Star.

In the perfumery and cosmetics industry, Pani Walewska's perfumes, Pollena cosmetics, and Wodka Wyborowa strong alcoholic drinks were widely popular.

Pollena has been an industry leader since 1960. The company's research laboratory has developed 50 biologically active natural substances. The focus was on so-called “care cosmetics”. The amount of natural components in it was above the world average. Pollena's main export market was the USSR. After Poland’s “integration” into the European Union, production decreased, and one can only dream of the level of demand that existed during the CMEA era.

In electronics, Unitra equipment is one of the few brands that were founded in socialist Poland (the history of the brand began in 1961). At that time, the company's factories employed up to 100,000 people, producing both electronics and thermal equipment.

Odra – jeans

Hortex – frozen vegetables and fruits from Poland. The company was founded in 1958 and for many years remained one of the leading producers and suppliers of high quality fresh frozen vegetables, fruits and berries, without the use of GMOs and preservatives, to the markets of the CMEA countries.

A Polish fashion magazine with a funny name for Russian ears, Uroda, which translated from Polish meant “beauty,” was very popular.
